Blue Sky Grill Specials for the week of November 17, 2009
Tuesday
Chicken Parmesan-Ahuge chicken breast deep fried and topped with home made marinara andswiss cheeses, then melted under the grill. Served with a side ofspagetti, a side, and a salad.
Wednesday
Made from scratch Meatloaf-
Makingit just like my wife makes it at home, using all fresh ingredients andbaked in the oven, then served with a side and a salad.
Thursday
Chicken Piccata-
Pan seared chicken breast, cooked with capers and a light lemon sauce. Served with a side and a salad.
Friday
Prime Rib-
10 ounce or 14 ounce Prime Rib seasoned and then seared and finished in the oven, served with a side of your choice and a salad.
Saturday
Eggplant Parmesan-
Fresh Eggplantsliced and dredged in Italian bread crumbs then fried and topped withhome made marinara and swiss cheese, served with a side and a salad.
Happenings
Come out and watch Georgia football this Saturday when the Bulldogs take on Kentucky at 7:45.
We will also be showing College Football all night.
This Thursday Night after dinner is Team Trivia!!!!

Blue Sky Grill Week of 6-23-09
Lunch
Tuesday- Spaghetti- Linguine in our home made meat sauce with garlic bread and a drink. $6.00
Wednesday- Hamburger Steak- Hamburger Steak with mashed potatoes,green beans, and a dinner roll with a drink. $6.00
Thursday- Panga Sandwich- Panga Sandwich fried, grilled, or blackened panga sandwich with a side and drink. $6.00
Friday- Fried Gulf Shrimp- Our own gulf shrimp fried and served with cole slaw, hush puppies, side and a drink. $8.00
Dinner
Tuesday-Chicken Piccata- This was such a big hit last week that we thought wewould do it again this week, Juicy chicken breast lightly fried in adelicious light lemon sauce.
Wednesday- Kids 10 and under eat free with each paid adult.
Beef Burgundy - Linguine Pasta in a delicious burgundy broth and topped with sirloin beef tips
Thursday- Beer Braised Shrimp- A little taste of Louisiana, shrimpbraised in a beer broth and then served over a cajun rice withtomatoes, bell peppers, and garlic.
Friday- Prime Rib- 14 ounces or 10 ounces of juicy prime rib served with a side and a salad.
Saturday- Red Snapper- Snapper marinated in our fresh and light citrus marinade, grilled, and topped with lemon butter.
